A sum of Rs.20,000/- is being paid as relief to the Legal heirs of the deceased primary bread winner of the family in the age group of 18-59 years who were engaged in the 44 categories of notified employment. A sum of Rs.7,500/- to Rs.15,000 is being paid to the primary bread winner ofthefamily dependinguponthe natureof injury sustained and the degree of physical impairment.

A sum of Rs.20,000/- is being paid as relief totheLegalheirsofthedeceasedprimarybread winner of the family (male or female) while he or she is in the age group of 18 to 59 years.
