For Administrative convenience, each district is divided into sub divisions which is headed by Collector/ Revenue Divisional Officer.

They are responsible for the Revenue Administration, Maintenance of Law and Order, Land Administration, Revenue Village Administration at the divisional level.
At present, there are 94 Divisions in the State
